The
entire parcel of 224 acres is subdivided
into 150 single family lots. Lot sizes are between half- and
three-quarter-acre. There is a total of 105 acres (46 percent of the
total) of open space with lakes, parks and walking trails. Homes have a
community well-and-septic system provided by the Wasco Sanitary
District. Home values will range from $800,000 to $1.5
million and above.
