Welcome to Reese Custom Residences, a noted designer and builder of quality custom homes. We were proud to celebrate 2007 as our 20th year of building! Whatever your style, we design each of our homes to suit your individual needs and desires. Since our inception in 1987, we have designed and built well over 400 custom and semi-custom homes throughout the western suburbs. Our "team" of full time employees average 11 years of working for us and average 17 years each of home building industry experience! This helps to insure you continuity, knowledge and expertise from start to finish! We build quality custom homes......
Reese Custom Residences has been a member of the Northern Illinois Home Builders Association (NIHBA) since 1990. An officer of our company has been on their board of directors since 1994, in fact, Jim Stump (one of our owners) served as President of NIHBA in 2003 and most recently as President of the ILLINOIS Homebuilders Association in 2006. We have participated in six Cavalcade of Homes through NIHBA and two Gallery of Homes through FVHBA and have received numerous design awards with each effort.

We are happy to build on your homesite or help you find the site of your dreams. We can also purchase a homesite on your behalf, eliminating the need for you to obtain construction loan financing and expense. We are your "one stop" builder, able to combine design, construction and financing into one cohesive company.
